THE IMPORTANT DETAILS
Privacy notice.
Updated 29 October 2026.
Younger learners.
A parent or guardian should make an enquiry for a learner under 18. The initial form asks for a broad learner category, not a child’s identity, birth date, school or sensitive information.
Your browser.
Saved course interests, finder preferences and practice plans are stored in this browser. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie is used for account access. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included. Use the footer control to clear local preferences.
Requests & payments.
Information is used to handle an enquiry and administer agreed tuition. Hosted payment is provided by Stripe when enabled. Full card numbers are not stored by this website. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services.
Your choices.
Use the lesson enquiry form and say that the message concerns privacy to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Include a relevant account or request reference, never a password. Identity checks and record-retention obligations may affect the response.
